I assume China but no identification. I will say I ended up purchasing 5 as I really like them. Clasps seem to be quality aluminum and length is good. I looked on utbe how to make such and item but I could find clasps. Thought about using carabeeners but in the end it was easier to order these.

No. It can’t be removed without unraveling the paracord.

I don't think there is a way to lock it but we have never had a problem with it coming off.

No, unless you unravel the whole key chain cord.
