These have been handy to use with both my older neuro divergent kiddo and 5 year old. We love working through the breathing techniques together and the visuals are an added bonus! Quality is great and if they get dirty no worries easy clean up because they’re laminated.

Love these little posters! They’re made out a stiff, glossy type cardstock —great quality and very sturdy. We have those popcorn walls that nothing wants to stick to, so I just used painters tape and thumbtacks to hang them up around the daycare. The kids really enjoy referencing them throughout the day when their emotions get too big; they’re a big help to me as well as I help them navigate. Perfect!

I love these for my classroom! My students love to use these posters to help them calm down and reset. I use them at the beginning of the school year as a teaching tool and review with them throughout the year! My students have learned so much about social and emotional learning with these! They have bright colors but are still useful and calming. There are so many different posters so these are definitely worth the price!
