There is no perfume. It is just the bottles. I bought them as decorations

Unsure, as mine were a gift so they were not counted by myself.

Q: If I replace the top with a cork lid, do you think it will prevent form spilling any liquid content inside?

They would have to be very tiny corks. These are very small. They are 3" up to 5" tall which includes the stoppers. The holes are not even a 1/8" round.
