My new go-to color
I had read how people were going bananas over Clinique Black Honey Almost Lipstick & that it was supposed to be a universal color. I'm very picky with lipstick. Sometimes I think it looks good in the dept store but atrocious when I get it home. I thought I'd try this instead since it was under $10.Well, I LOVE IT. It's sheer but there is definitely a color to it. It feels good on my lips (not sticky or goopy). It's incredibly flattering. Since I've been using it, my face has gotten siginificantly more tan (hello, summer) & it has remained flattering. This color is a keeper. If you're on the fence, try it.

I love this shade. I love this shade. I love this shade. I love this shade. It's just dark enough to do something, but natural-looking to go with any level of makeup. The formula isn't long-lasting, but it leaves a little color when it fades after about 1-2 hours.

Love this! Love the color and the look. Literally just put it on so idk about length of wear but it’s fine because I love the color. Def a daily wear.

Yes, it truly does match that other one from a brand that starts with "C"
I thought I'd take a chance since others mentioned that it is very similar to the color called Black Honey from a different company but this one is so much cheaper. It goes on light so you simply apply more if you want a deeper color. It stays put really well too considering it is not a lipstick but more of a balm.

Ehh...
It's not bad - it is a pretty color - it looks OK, but it's got an odd odor and I don't love the feel of it on my lips. I've been looking for someting that would be similar to an old, similar Cover Girl product that no longer exists - but this didn't do it. But for the money? It's not bad.

My favorite lip product - great balance of color & comfort. It’s really cute & great for gifting too. I plan to try more shades.
