Where is it made? Sometimes items say "swiss made" but they are not

All authentic Caran d'Ache pens are 100% Swiss Made.

How thick is the tip? I need a fine or extra fine tip.

This pen, as all CDA pens of the 849 series comes with a blue medium tip ballpoint refill as standard. You can order the Goliath refill in fine but must be purchased separately. CDA Goliath does not come in extra fine.

Yes, look for the Caran d’Ache 844 mechanical pencil in Brut Rose finish. It uses 0.7mm lead and if you want to round up the package, include a Caran d’Ache lead refill tube. It’s the best lead out there!
