It just works!
This stuff is great! My only complaint is that it takes a long long time to dry/cure/adhere (whatever you want to call it).It does adhere CPVC to PVC connections if you're ever wondering. The connection is strong as well.

So far, so good
Seems to be a good product depending on the scope of the repair required. For large areas or deep holes it may not be the right solution. Chances are if your project needs more than the 32 oz can, than you may need to consider a different fix.In my case it was to seal a masonry joint running the length of my outdoor deck where the floor of the cement deck meets a stucco raised curb. I was getting water leakage into the room below, even from light rains. The application was easy. The look and texture seems similar to rubber cement. I used the clear and it dried nice and thin with just a little sheen. Hardly noticeable on the painted deck. I also applied it inside the drain scuppers and on the deck rail flanges for good measure.A few days later I test flooded the deck and not a drop of leakage below. In the attached photo note how the water beads up. This was a cheap and easy fix to a big problem so I’m a fan. Not sure how long it will last, but even if I have to apply it seasonally, it will be worth it

Timing.
Yet another early arrival. Love that. Not used yet but I’m sure it will work just fine.

Seal for Outdoor playhouse and more
The sealant is thick. Best to brush on in cooler weather, not 90 degrees plus. I used it to seal an outdoor playhouse, and it went on easily. Because our weather has been in the upper 70's to low 90's this past week, I found it best to apply early morning. It took a few days before it didn't feel tacky. Once dry, the playhouse is ready for winter and looks great.

used it as advertised - no place did it do what they show on tv.... never sealed any type of leak I have used it on.

Dries clear
The media could not be loaded. Everytime hard wind driven rain occur, I had a leak coming in, wasn't my roof cuz just had it done, so I use a roller and brush, went over chimney and top front of my house which is bricks, man it stuck to bricks very well, and dried clear, than we had 3 days straight of wind driven rain storm, I tell you not one drop, love it so much I did back block cement wall in basement and now no more wet moisture, it's worth every dollar best product on the market right now! And I tried hundreds of products trying to battle this water problem and here it was all this time, the best water stopper in the market!

The real deal
Applied this to a tiled shower floor that was leaking (old house). It goes on thick, which improves it's ability to fill any and all holes. I orginally planned to apply two coats but decided to test after only one. So I waited 42 hrs before testing and no leaks. Now, after serveral weeks of daily showering, still no leaks. It's not cheap but it's the real deal and I saved $4,000 (contractor quote to remove tile, install new shower pan, retile).
