Two ways - I keep a couple of tins from previous teas - wash them in the dishwasher - and use them (e.h. a Twinings tin). OR I use a plastic container with a lid that has an airtight seal.

Experiment with it. Depending on how strong you like it, remember, you can always add water if you make it too strong. Enjoy

I use a filter although I wouldn't describe the leaves as "ground down."
