This is my first time using a compact personal blender like this, and I’m honestly blown away by how powerful it is for its size. The motor handles frozen fruit, ice, and even tougher ingredients like nuts and spinach without a problem. The blades are extremely sharp — you can feel it when you're rinsing them (carefully!), and you can definitely see it in how smooth the blends come out.Functionality is simple but smart. The Auto-iQ setting is a nice touch — I just press one button and it goes through a blending/pulsing pattern on its own, which takes out the guesswork. That’s perfect when I’m in a rush in the morning and don’t want to babysit the blender.The build quality feels solid. The cups are thick and sturdy, and everything twists and locks into place with a satisfying click. The lids fit securely, and I love that I can blend straight into the cup, snap the lid on, and take it to go. No leaks so far. It’s also compact enough to keep on the counter without taking up much space.No odd plastic smell out of the box either — just a quick rinse and it was ready to use. Some appliances come with that strong factory odor, but this one didn’t.For the price, I think it’s excellent value. You’re getting serious blending power without needing a big countertop machine. I haven’t had it long enough to speak to long-term durability, but based on the performance and how sturdy it feels, I expect it to hold up well.If you’re looking for a reliable, no-fuss blender that can handle frozen drinks, smoothies, and sauces — this one definitely delivers.

Amazing power! Felt like I was in a juice shop! Was a little skeptical filling up my cup and then flipping it upside down on to the motor. Close your lid tightly and you will have no problem. Instructions are super easy and the options are clear. I did a smoothie in the moring and made salsa at night. Both came out excellent in less than 30 seconds. Smoothie can go longer for a more light and frothy texture. Love the recipes this came with. I had the Nija that is right below this one... I actually went through 2 of them since they worked so well. But I wore out the blades. Love the brand so I hope these blades don't wear out so easily. These blades are sharp, and able to get through anything. Unit is beautiful and has good weight. Love the suction ring so it doesn''t move. The motor is so powerful I could see this moving if it didn't have the suction ring.

Crushes ice into snow for snow cones, no problem! It makes milkshakes and smoothies easily. Great power. The smoothie button works best, since it stops and goes. Letting the ingredients fall downwards, then splashes them back up. I do use the start/stop button for crushing ice though. Compact size, very nice size cups. You end up with about a 24oz drink. Easy to clean with just a drop of soap and water, I let blender do the washing, then throughly rinse. Highly Recommend !

I love this Ninja BN401 Nutri Pro Compact Personal Blender! A year ago, I purchased the Ninja Fit Compact Personal Blender. I used that blender the entire year, and it worked okay. I make a meal replacement shake, and it needs a little more liquid than I could fit in the 16-oz cup. I had to go through this routine of blending, drinking a bit, pouring more liquid in, and blending some more. This did work, but it was tedious and added time to a process that was supposed to be quick.I recently decided I wanted to upgrade to a 24-oz cup. So, I purchased the Ninja BN401 Nutri Pro Compact Personal Blender. This new blender is better in every way. I can fit everything in the 24-oz cup, the more powerful motor blends everything better and smoother, and as a bonus, the Auto-iQ is a one-button wonder. I push the "crush" button, and in one minute, I have the perfect shake.I wish I had started with the Ninja BN401 Nutri Pro Compact Personal Blender. But, being a bit of a minimalist, I didn't want all that extra stuff. Turns out that "extra stuff" was important after all. So, do yourself a favor and get the larger cup size and the powerful motor. That way, you won't have to buy two!

Definitely does what it’s designed to do. I am making great smoothies and homemade “ice cream”. it's loud, but quick. I just wish it came with a smaller blending cup for small batch items that I make on occasion. Doesn’t take up too much space on my counter which is what I wanted.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s a great product really really like it however, I wish they would’ve sent a smaller mixing class for making scrambled eggs, etc. other than that nicely done

This is a great product. I've made green powder and drinks from frozen fruits so far. Everything turned out great. It was well packaged and on time

Ninja creami makes great ice cream with instant jello puddings and lactose free milk especially the oreo cookie jello instant pudding. Very easy to use
