It feels good, but I'm not sure if it visibly changes my face. The texture is nice and there is not much of a smell.

I have been using this product for years. For the first time ever I had to return it. The Amazon packaging was in good condition, but the box the product came in was crumpled. The top to the bottle was loose and the pump was dislodged. The product was leaking and it was very sticky/tacky and smelled bad. I contacted Amazon for the return/replacement and they replaced it immediately at no cost. The box the product came in was once again crumpled or looked like someone had tried prying their way into the packaging, which is kind of sus to me. I've purchased this product at other places and the box was always clean, tight fittng and secure. The actual top to the product was almost the same on this new bottle. It was ill fitting, like it wanted to pop off. The pump was screwed in properly, but the top just doesn't want to stay on. Perhaps it's a manufacturing problem, but the quality of the serum feels different. And the smell is still a little off. Not quite it's usual refreshing watermelon scent. Maybe Glo Recipe has changed something, but I'm not caring for it too much. I do appreciate Amazon doing their best to make it right though.
