Build quality was great for the price, it feels super sturdy and doesn't bend or anything when using it. It is super easy to use! Just pull out to extend and push it back it when you are done to collapse it! The different ends are easy to screw on so it has lots of functionality! All of the tips scratch your back perfectly!

it comes with various attachments but some of them are quick sharp to be honest. i would not use it near children. the handle is made of regular hollow steel. it can be bent with some strength. build quality matches with its under 10 bucks price. i only use the double-sided end tip and it works okay.
