Yes the rack can hold a 10 lb set of dumbbells

Q: What are the dimensions of the stand?

The stand is 11 in. high, 12 in. wide, & 3 in. deep w/o the weights which are about 8 in. long. Hope this helps.

Q: The stand arrived broken upon the delivery. Should I send the whole thing back and get a replacement or I can get just a stand replacement?

If you really like the weights, I suggest asking for just a stand replacement. Keep it simple.
