Q: Can it be used in the oven?

Mine did not come with a lid. I love it. It is perfect for frying eggs. Do NOT use it in the oven. It would ruin the handle.

Q: How long it last? How often should I have to change my pan. To make it healthy ?

I've had mine for about a year and a half.

Q: Can this product handle being put into an oven?

I wouldn't but never tried. It is a wooden handle so it would probably get burned.

Go for it

This is my first time using a granite non stick cookware. I've used the pan several times now and feel that the granite non stick coating seems more hardy than other teflon (PTFE) coated cookware.

Carote must have arrangements for replacement of accessories

Superb product. Food cooked in it is shear enjoyment. But one problem, that it fell down and the bakelite handle is broken. Unable to get a replacement. Please help us.
