Great quetion, it depend on external room temperature , place in a cooler bag or box ,it can keep breastmilk fresh for up to 8-12 hours. if at summer ,we advise you purchase 2 pcs ice pack ,it will let your breastmilk fresh longer, as we all know, our ice pack for cooler will keep your breastmilk full of key nutrients your baby needs for a healthy development as well as keep away harmful bacteria that may form when breast milk becomes warm. Q: Are they good for breastmilk storage bags as well?

Any ice pack will do for storage bags. These don’t help them stand up or anything and since bags are mostly flat these kinda act against that natural shape. With that said I have put both bags and medela pump bottles in a cooler bag with this ice pack.
