No, it isn't! And... I won't recommend it. It faults apart after 1.5 months of using it. I just went t the nearest store and bought a new, with wheels, travel bag that I use for my diving equipment. it was 5 times cheaper and I still use it after more than 1 year of VERY HAVY usage!
