What's the difference on the super strength, and regular Oreganol P73?

P73 Oregano Oil is blended with extra virgin olive oil and the difference between the Super Strength and the Regular Strength is the concentration of oregano oil. Super Strength contains 2.8 times more oregano oil. If this is your first time using it, I might suggest the regular strength, as the super strength can be a bit strong. If this oreganol is "super strength" as claimed, why does it not say that on the bottle?
