I love Elizabeth Arden, however, this item shipped from Amazon, was used. Each item was rolled up in tissue paper, and there weren't any seals on any of the tubes. I am getting so sick of Amazon shipping used or damaged items and letting sellers misrepresent items, especially the faux PU (plastic) leather items.

Always the best moisturizer for lips and minor scrapes, etc.

I’ve purchased this cream before, and the smell is delightful. When I purchased it again through this listing, it arrived smelling rancid. I ordered a replacement, and the same thing happened. I returned the replacement. Then, I ordered one more time from a different listing (the one with over 7K 4.5 star reviews), and it arrived smelling exactly like the first time I ordered!Both sellers are “Elizabeth Arden,” and the products look identical, but I won’t purchase from this listing again.

Although the product is very good....but arrived NOT SEALED on opener of the cream .and the box completely destroyed...very disappointed, I should not by any from you anymore.My mistake to think I made a "deal" ...but not worthy..better to buy in shop,you see good luck !

I have had rosacea on my cheeks for several years now and have been using a prescription cream which keeps it basically under control, with the help of a little makeup. However, a few weeks ago I had a really bad flare up coupled with eczema at the same time (which hasn't happened since I was a teenager) all around my eyes and eyelids and around my lips. It was very painful, the eczema was weeping and crusty under my eyes and my eyes were bloodshot. In a panic I ordered a bunch of products, and this came first.Wow! I was highly skeptical as almost everything causes me to break out in a rash and as well, this is incredibly oily so I thought for sure it would make the rosacea "acne" worse. It came at 2pm and I took a chance and slathered it on. By bedtime I would say I was 25% improved. By the next evening I was 50% better and 2 days later, my skin was back to "normal." At the end of the week I went out without foundation for the first time in years. I am in love with this stuff.Reading the ingredients, I couldn't tell you why it works, but it sure does. It's kind of addictive, I love the way my skin feels. A friend of mine sent me expensive, spa-quality organic moisturizer and it doesn't feel like it does anything compared to this (and it also caused a rash).The only con is that it really is extremely greasy, your face will shine. I just put it on any time I am home alone, and at night. When I wake up in the morning I layer more on for good measure. It's the exact opposite of what I have been doing for years--washing my face often and applying acids. Now I just slather this oily stuff on. If a pimple is coming, I rub this on top and it goes away really fast!In conclusion: it works for acne, it works for rosacea, it works for eczema. No rash or sensitivity whatsoever for me.----***(EDIT) Been using this more than a month now and still no rash or reaction, which is practically a miracle. I have started using it in the day too. I was surprised, but it does soak in and become not oily, quite quickly. It is great under makeup. I have not had to renew my rosacea prescription, which was very expensive, due to this very affordable product.----*** SIX YEARS LATER: it still works. I use a light amount at night. I wouldn't describe myself as suffering from exzema or rosacea anymore.

I really like this product. I ordered it to use on my lips and any small dry spots I have on my face. I've been using it for a while and my lips feel great and dry spots on my face have slowly gone away along with a new facial regimin.This product has not made me break out at all which is great and it doesn't make my face look too oily. Instead, it gives it a dewey look which I don't mind. I gave this product 4 stars because the smell is a bit annoying, especially when I have it on my lips. You get used to it after a while but it is annoying at first. It may seem a bit pricey for the amount you get, but a little goes a long way with this. I'm sure this will last me a long time. Overall, this product has been working well for me and I recommend it.

I have a lot of Elizabeth Arden skin care products and a lot of them are pretty intense but none are as intense as this. This squeezes out of the tube in it's snakey tube shape and stays that way. A wise physician, I think it was, pointed out to me that the only healing, antibiotic, serum, moisturizer, etc. that was affecting the skin was the portion that was in contact with the skin. I think we all tend to over apply and it was only when I heard that I really realized I didn't need to.What does that have to do with this? Squeeze out your tiny bit and gently apply your thin layer. If it's a wound, you actually often don't need to reapply but I'd suggest reading up on recent advances in wound care. You might be surprised; I was. Another thing that surprises me is a combination of the active ingredient and what I smell. There's one active ingredient listed: petrolatum but I smell lanolin. Petrolatum is a barrier and lanolin has proven to directly stimulate tissue regrowth so it's an excellent thing to apply to a lot of body parts. You would see amazing wound healing with lanolin but I don't see it listed. I have a couple forms of lanolin products on hand and consider this to be one of them. I admit I didn't dig very hard for the ingredients because I just found that out today. If anyone nose or if their package says something different, I'd love to hear. Like with everyone else, I love this gel that's misnamed a cream. It works well for everything it's supposed to work for and can be used for things it wasn't really designed to do-off label, I guess you could say.
