Why do you mark the outside of the package as being large 3/8" pads and have small 1/4" pads inside and say they are not returnable?
Is the size of these large pads correct? the listing says 2.5 x 4.2 inches. my doctor gave me a hapad metatarsal large pad that is much smaller.
