Q: I see these batteries for sale in blue and white labels for the same price, is there a difference or just the color, thanks.

The difference I see is the blue ones have a "high rate" added to the description. I think that means it can be charged faster in a more heavy duty charger or that you can put loads on them that pull more current. I use these in a Mag-lite 3 cell led flashlight. I use it a lot. I may charge it once a month if I think about it. I have yet to ever run the batteries down. I went three months once between charges. Also, don't expect a cheap charger to charge these overnight. I got the Tenergy T-9688 and it charges pretty quickly. Others struggle with it.

Sorry Justin I don't have any information on the Centura line. My experience with the tenergy premium d was not a good one. Company's warranty is not really very good. I had 5 out of 8 battery's fail completely and self discharge was the primary problem. Upon trying to recharge their charger I bought from them said they were now unusable. Less than 6 months service. All people may not have that experience but this was mine. Check out their website and you will see that it's hard to find mention of a warranty for their products. You will be required to mail them in at your expense. Just a thought to keep in mind.

Charge them. They come around 20% charged or so. Older stock might be even lower than that. Referencing one of the other comments, 1.2V is the normal charge for this battery chemistry. 1.2V is not low.

you can use it. I bought one of them for use with those batteries but when I charged the batteries it said half of them were bad. the charger also quit charging batteries altogether after about a month. get yourself a maha powerex charger. it will charge your batteries to 10,000 mah. the maha charger charged the batteries that the tenergy said were bad.
