Absolutely love Simple Tera’s protein powder. I am on a weight loss injection medication (GLP-1) and need extra intake of protein to prevent muscle loss. This helps me keep muscle, does not affect weight, and gives me the extra energy I need when lacking protein in my diet. I prefer to have one serving twice a day. I find it is good mixed in my morning coffee and is completely fine in water. I prefer the chocolate flavor for drinking with plain water. As with any high intake of protein, it is important to also have an adequate amount of fiber so be sure to take that into account when having any concerns about constipation when using protein powders. You have to make sure that you are having enough fiber to have regular bowel movements. Taking a magnesium supplement in addition to protein and fiber helps keep everything regular like it should be.

This protein powder has made my morning smoothies fabulous! I love the flavor, and the nutritional value is excellent. The fact that it's whey protein is that much better! The ingredients include all the things you want and nothing you don't. This company's protein powder will be my go-to from here on out.

I like that it mixes better than other powders that leave clumps on top and bottom of cup . Taste is a chocolate treat . Love the cocoa taste . Can’t say enough about this being my favorite

I like this because it is not gritty. I use milk 1/2 banana yogurt and whatever berries are in season. Great protein drink when you don’t really feel like eating.

My response was "safe or not who wants to drink something that tastes like soap?"From Tera's Whey: "Apparently, the PCR resin used in the production of a some of the Simply Tera's canisters had been sourced from recycled containers of orange juice and lemon juice origin, resulting in the odor you are experiencing. The odor can smell chemically, soapy or like fragrance even though the source of the odor is from citrus juices. Extensive lab testing on these canisters concludes this PCR resin is safe and authorized for use in food products, and are suitable for food contact, as are all Simply Tera's PCR canisters. The Simply Tera's protein powder in this batch of canisters is also completely safe for consumption. We are sourcing new PCR resin for future production runs and can suggest decanting the product to minimize any further transfer of the scent."Original review: I have used this protein for 15 years to supplement protein I don't get as a vegetarian. Very upsettingly the last two times I have bought it it smelled and tasted like soap. I had to throw it out. I contacted the company to ask them why this was; was something wrong with it? Had they changed their formula? No response. So I am now having to switch to a different brand of whey protein after 15 years and thousands of dollars spent on Tera's Whey.

It's as simple as that. The chocolate tastes a little like ovaltine. Super easy way to get a protein boost. The vanilla is the perfect supplement to smoothies.

This was one of the brands someone recommended for lower sodium content. It has 40 mg which is good. The flavor is smooth and the price was within my budget!

I get the chocolate protein for my sister and she loves it. It does work best if you mix it in the blender, does not mix well without blending. The taste is great.
