Updating my review to 5 stars because they’ve fixed the main image and can also say that the mixer is well designed and functions as expected. While I would like it to have a more aggressive angle on the blades, I can’t knock it for that. If the supplier offered a different model with a more aggressive blade pattern and/or a bigger radius,, I’m sure there’d be a market.————Old reviewWe just received our mixer and it looks good. Should work well for our plan to mix contents of 55 Gal Poly Drums.... However, I'm withholding 2 stars for the main image that misleadingly shows 2 mixers. Amazon listings that show 2 products always means we get 2 products... (We only received one.)

I had heavy use for this item. I used this item to mix 100 lbs of rock salt in 55 gallon drums. It took about 3 minutes to do and it did it perfectly. The mixture was great and there was little to no sediment at the bottom of the drum. Lifting the mixer about an inch or two from the bottom, it creates a tremendous vortex that makes a tremendous mix. It worked better than I had expected or hoped.

I use this to stir my mash when making beer, definitely a work saver and back saver!

I bought this for a 275 gallon tote of driveway sealer. Average mixer. Does not work as well as I had hoped for. This product was likely not intended for this use, but is was available.

Using to mix grains and water for mash in at our brewery! Works amazing and has enough power on a large drill even when the mash is very thick. Love this mixer!!!!!

Attached to a drill press and have it stirring 20 gallons of water on a propane burner effortlessly at 800 rpm. This is going to be the cats meow come maple syrup season next year.
