The pills have a bumpy texture which make them harder to swallow than typical capsules or tablets. That being said, they seem to help with my sleep/headaches/motility.

This is one of the best magnesium’s I’ve taken and I’ve tried a lot. It helps relax my muscles at night especially after a hard work out. I also have a hard time with supplements because I break out but I don’t with this one!

This works great for sleep. The tablets are small & easy to take. Great price point for the quality!

Did not see any difference in health. I monitor my health with the a tracking ring. No difference in sleep or over health. Waste of money.
