I usually chew two pieces of gum at a time. I find it helps increase the moisture level. The gum is sugar-free and that is a plus.I chew a lot of gum, which is why I keep this 10-pack on subscribe and save. The price is right.Besides, you do not want to be one of those stinky-breathed folks, just offending other people’s noses all willy-nilly, and never taking the gum when offered! I have.Purchased this gum more than once. I like the flavor.As far as how long does it last? probably about as long as anybody else's gum. the texture is very smooth and soothing. Once again.I mostly buy it because of the flavor.And it is a good value for the dollar. I recommend this product.

The quality is great the size is good and the are definitely priced well. However I will be subbing these for spearmint. Not my favorite flavor.

This is the best gum, period. The flavor last forever, and the flavor is really good. If you prefer a flavor, that’s not polar, other flavors also last a long time, but not as long as this one. I highly recommend this multi pack.

Cool and refreshing - long lasting flavor. My favorite gum, but a little strong for my kids. That's okay though, all the more for me. Great value for so many packs.
