These soaps are great, my wife & I love their fresh aroma of these bars. Instead of ordering small amount & paying more, we decided to order the 20 count. By the time we had ordered it & was waiting shipment, luckily we found it in stores nearby. We tried to cancel the order, but as it was hipped it couldn't be cancelled. So we decided to wait & once it arrived then just send it back out for return, which is what we did. Who knew that Hermes would have issues delivering it to the seller's address & will keep it in their warehouse or just loose track of the item. The seller is originally a US company & they have an affiliated company's address here for the return shipment & Hermes was having issues delivering to them which isn't the customer's issue. But because of that I had to go round & round over the phone with different customer representatives through out a few weeks, before a manager finally went ahead & refunded my money. A customer shouldn't have to go through all that over several weeks with different representatives before they can get a hold of a manager/supervisor & then on top of that wait so long for their money, when the issue was totally between the carrier service, the selling company & amazon. Very poor customer service & business management. Only 3 stars because of the product itself.
