Works as expected, arrived on time.
It seems to be of good quality. So far so good. Fair price. Beyond that I am not a chemist so I don't know.

Works Great On Stopping O-ring Leaks
Pool pump wasn't working properly as it had an air leak. I was fearing that some pipe underground had sprung a hole. I gave Lube Tube a try on my pump's o-ring seals to see if that was the problem. Just a thin layer on the o-ring seal and the air leaks stopped and my pump was able to prime and start again.

Seems to work well, messy and doesn’t stick but worked
Seems to work good. A little messy and doesn’t stick very well but I’m assuming it made a good seal when I put pool filter casing back together. Ended up placing everywhere I could to live the rings.
