You can try using small amounts of a compatible neutral oil or larger flake size for pigments. The bigger the size of the pigment particle, the more light it will reflect.

Can put the gel on your face?

If you want . I wouldn’t though because it’s not that type of gel

Good Lipgloss base

The media could not be loaded. I recently found this lipgloss base to use for my lipglosses, I have to say it’s easy to work with and my products come out great. This price is okay for now but wish it was a little more reasonable.
