Q: Mikede - please confirm the n rating for this particular magnet? is it n52?

I just walked back to my shop to read the packaging for this magnet to fetch the MGOe value, but it's not stated by the seller on the packaging. That being said, pretty sure they're somewhere in the N45 to N52 range. I've ordered tens of dozens of these from this seller to make my carbon fiber metal collection rods. I'm pretty fussy when it comes to high powered neodymium magnets. They're well made or I'd be buying them elsewhere. The nickel-copper-nickel plating is perfect. The only negative is they're made in China.

Q: How strong are these, do you have to pull hard to get these detached from the metal they are magnetized to?

these magnets are amazingly powerful however they are not a toy don't let children play with them "pinching hazard" they are metal jacketed due to brittleness of Neodymium. Sometimes when two magnets slam together they can break. very hard to pry off metal such as refrigerator doors. can jump to another magnet from short but impressive distances .

Q: can I order some custom sized magnets from you guys with a size of 20 mm x 12 mm x 6 mm I will need like 50 of them?

Contact the manufacture, but I believe the manufacture has a minimal amount he would make with a mold. The manufacturer is your best bet to contact.

Q: What's the temperature rating of theses magnets?

I’m not sure these are appropriate for taking a temperature. Try searching thermometers.
