Still extremely helpful after 1.5 years for my blind brother and super nearsighted wife
The media could not be loaded. My brother is legally blind in one eye. His vision is also very poor on the only eye that works. When he wakes up, he immediately grabs his phone and puts the phone just inches from his face since he can't see the time well. I zoom in all the fonts and settings on his phone but they're still tricky to see. My wife also has poor vision, she's nearsighted (can't see far) with a -8 prescription.I saw an ad on social media for a necklace projection and the thought randomly popped up for a clock projection. I immediately came on Amazon and looked for a clock projection and clicked on this affordable one. Read all the reviews and was convinced to buy it. I was super excited and wanted to surprise my wife so I bought one to try it out with her first before my brother, and it was a success!I set it up the day it arrived. It looks nice and sleek and was easy to set. The cord is just long enough to reach the middle of our room where the dresser is. I had to play around the projection to find the perfect spot and perfect size without the digits being too blurry. Once I found the perfect spot, I went to my wife in the other room and took her glasses off and had her cover her eyes. Led her to our bedroom and told her to lay down on the bed (because it looks better from that position! Not any funny business ;)). I turned the lights off and told her to open her eyes. She immediately screamed because she could see the time clear as day. She was smiling from ear to ear. We had a mini celebration that night with pizza. I did pretty amazing in her books. The next day, I immediately bought another one for my brother. I set it up the following weekend. He was also very happy and could read the time whenever he wakes up and before he goes to bed. It's still a little blurry to him since his vision is very poor but it's better than the inches-away-phone from his face. The other feature like the alarm is also helpful, you can save 2 different alarms, but our circadian clock is in working order so we don't rely on it. But, my brother accidentally turned his alarm on one night and it was so loud the next morning at the default 6 am. Woke the entire house up. My mom was not happy when she called me the next day since my brother is a heavy sleeper so he didn't turn it off for almost 15 minutes. (Sorry mom!)Other things to note:- The projected LED light is bright and readable. It gets clearer the smaller it is but then not as effective for someone with nearsightedness. You twist the cap of the lens to change the size and blurriness.- There is a projection of light beam to the ceiling so if you're tall, the beam will hit your eyes. How we avoid that is to look away from the clock until we're laid in bed, it's a habit now so it doesn't bother us.- The square projector can only move up and down. But the entire clock can move left and right if you need to reposition it.- The light of the digits on the clock can be dimmed down, but the color is blue only and can't be changed. If you want a different light color, you'll have to buy a different clock with that predefined color.- It works plugged into the outlet, but takes in 2 AAA batteries so if the electricity goes out, it doesn't reset the clock. That feature has been extremely helpful numerous times during thunderstorms. We don't have to manually reset the clock every time.Overall, this is an AMAZING high-quality clock and it has helped my wife and my older brother out so much. It's been 1 and a half years and both clocks are still functioning like new. Just need a wipe and dust every so often. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a nearsighted partner or family member, it'll help them out and more.

Works as advertised and is very easy to set up!
This is a really nice clock. It's so easy to set up (no complicated buttons). The screen display can be dimmed enough that it doesn't interfere with your sleep and the projection on the ceiling is clear on an 9' ceiling. I am not using the bed shaker, so I can't comment on that. I would definitely recommend this clock for ease of use and great functionality.

Exactly what I was looking for!!
This item is exactly what I wanted. Because I'm nearsighted, seeing a clock in the night without glasses is a problem. So I have used a projection alarm clock for many years. The projector stopped working on my 20+ year old Emerson, so I needed a replacement. I ordered one from Amazon with a blue display. This turned out to be a problem. It was too bright in the dark, and you couldn't read it during the day. So, I returned the blue one, and got this red display one. This is what I was looking for. The display is big and easy to read, and the projection works perfectly. I don't use the alarm functions, but for what I need, it works perfectly.

Cheap, works, few things to know before buying
Pros:- Price- Battery backup 2xAAA- Dimming of both the led and the projection- very large digits on the clock itself- good range of focus for the projectionCons- buttons and build (including 2 small plastic feet) is very cheap. Buttons don’t feel they will last long.Neutral / to be aware of- does not rotate 90 degrees. So the clock on your bed table will project over your bed “top to bottom” or “bottom to top” but not left to right.- no auto-dimming of the clock’s led. So to be fine at night it will be too weak in daylight.- power supply is a cheap 5W usb A adapter. I wish instead of the proprietary cable (USB-A one end but barrel connector at the other) this had usb on both sides for when the thin cable dies. The adapter is likely not very power efficient but I have not measured it as I instead use a more efficient usb power supply.Clock led: Level 1 of dimming is almost invisible on the dark. Level 2 is a bit bright. It ok

Does what it's supposed to at a great price
Well, for the price, you get a pretty good clock, alarm, etc. Adjustable brightness on the display, adjustable volume on the alarms. It also has the adjustable projector to put a second display where you want---I set it for the ceiling. So far, it works just fine, I can see the time on the ceiling without turning over (I sleep on my side), and it's a really good price. Really happy with this little guy....

Son loves it!
One week in and my son loves it! It projects fairly well, it’s not a laser so works as expected. It’s not super bright but yet very legible on the ceiling, even with all the nightlights on in the room. Also, the projection can be flipped if you’re reading those other “it’s upside down” reviews. It stands well, the buttons don’t hurt your fingers to use, you can set separate alarms, etc. Only thing, we ordered the blue at first to try something different but it wasn’t unpleasant to look at so replaced with red and it’s better.

Great clock for easy ready (talking to you middle age people who need readers)
This clock is very thing, takes up minimal space, large, very easy to read numbers & has great projection. I've had other projection alarm clocks before & didn't realize how ineffective & just not great those were until I got this. It's large numbers, dimmable - so easy to read! I definitely recommend.

A clock that's Out of time right out of the box
The pros are good price, nice appearance, easy to read however one small problem... Major feature does not work... The so-called projection time feature does not activate does not turn on, there's no beam, there's no projection no matter how many times I try to figure it out unless there's a secret button that I can't find in the instructionsNews flash...after hearing from the supplier I was able to get the feature to work although the projection was not as bright as I had hoped it was still good enough so I've upgraded my review of the clock
