The beetroot should enhance the antioxidant effect.The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of grapeseed mean it could have all manner of potential health benefits. As always there is no substitute for looking at proper scientific research (and speaking to your GP). With high doses like this, it's also worth looking into the antioxidant paradox.

the dosage is high so the amount of antioxidants is more than covered. I cant feel any difference yet but it might be too early to say.

This is one of the best anti-oxidant supplements I have tested. Grape Seed combined with Pomegranate and Beetroot make this a very potent supplement. Research what each supplement does for the body, then realise this formula is very strong.
