SAD BEGINNINGS, HAPPY ENDINGThis is a great product once you eventually know what you’re doingTHERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONSITS ACTUALLY RIDICULOUS I NEARLY SENT THE PRODUCT BACKSo I set everything up and I had major drooping issues. (The monitor would just face downwards on the pole, it wouldn’t hold upright at all, my Dell U2417H is only 3.5kg) I was absolutely furious. I was thinking what a waste of time and energy setting everything up for it just to fail.So I went back to the reviews and I now saw other people were facing the SAME problem, and they seemed just as frustrated and disappointed as me. There was no reply from the seller or anyone on how to solve this drooping issue when they raised it up... it was then my hope diminished. And to add salt in the wound I literally just threw away the boxes after I finished clamping the pole on the table thinking nothing could possibly go wrong...I went to bed...woke up in the morning still very annoyed, I went back to the reviews to sift through really old comments to possibly see if there’s a hidden solution.After searching the Q&A I found 3 years ago...a reply from the seller saying.“These are rated at 10kg per monitor, but the screw under the plastic cover does need to be tightened.Kind regards,Technical team.”UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!SO THE SELLER KNOWS THE SOLUTION BUT DIDN'T THINK TO PUT IT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS, OH YEAH I FORGOT THERE AREN'T ANY?!!!!!!THE SELLER DIDN'T THINK TO MAYBE PUT IT IN THE DESCRIPTION AVAILABLE FOR ALL TO SEE BEFORE PURCHASE AND FOR REFERENCE AFTER PURCHASE.THE SELLER DIDN'T THINK TO REPLY PUBLICLY TO RECENT QUESTIONS, REASSURING THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND LEAVING A CLEAR TRAIL OF SOLUTIONS FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS TO CLEARLY SEE, WITHOUT HAVING TO GO 3 YEARS BACK?It just doesn’t make sense to me?How is the average person going to find out how to tighten the screw when it’s underneath a neat seamless plastic cover, its not obvious at all. It’s baffling how a seller knows there’s a problem that multiple people are facing but wouldn’t make the solution as clear at possible.PS, there are two plastic covers on both sides. One side is plain and the other actually has the screw. Just use the wrench provided to tighten the screw as necessary.So basically the product is excellent once you know how it works.I hope this encourages the seller to be more proactive in giving all kinds of solutions and making them easy to view by all, at all times.And I hope it helps a fellow customer like me not to worry or be disappointed.Many Thanks

Heavy duty, super strong, robust, solid, sturdy and well built. This is not a lightweight product and much bigger than it looks in the photoMy box did not include the instructions or any tools (screwdriver or Allen key) as mentioned by others though. But assembly was straightforward.Excellent value, much better quality than I expected for the price. I highly recommend this product.

Bought that since I figured this must be the new version of the "old" MDM07Q (sold by the same seller).The quality seems there, everything is solid, nicely painted, and there's a real feeling of solidity here.Instructions are clear (I've seen much worse) but should mention that there are 4 plastic rings which should be fitted inside the arms for proper installation.I've found a few defaults, though :- The cables rings are way too small. How are we expected to fit four monitor vga/dvi cables and power cords in a 1cm diameter ring ? This thing would benefit from a proper cabling system, better than the existing one. Rings on each arms are big enough, but the main rings on the pillar are way too small.- The biggest problem is that some joins seem very loose. Even strengthening the bolt for the "tilt" join, my screens keep tilting down, which is rather annoying. This should be much stronger, one shouldn't risk having a screen tilt at any time.- Finally, setup could be easier, if instead of having the vesa bracket directly on the arm, we could have some "quick release" system, were we could install the plate on the screen, then quickly set the screen on its arm.

Didn’t have instruction, but easy to assemble. The single mound couldn’t take the weight of the monitor, but there is a bold that can be tightened that’s hidden under the plastic covers. Not obvious they pop off but they do. It’s all now assembled and looks awesome, especially for the price. Would recommend.

Arrived with a single clamp. Contacted company who sent a double clamp. It's much sturdier with a double clamp. Easy to put together and install. Happy with product.

Completely misleading and false specifications!! This can NO WAY hold 3 27inch screens as they claim. I have two 27inch and one 23 inch and the screen are overlapping - can imagine how bad it would look if i had a third 27 inch screen. The bezels on my screen are normal size but assuming no bezels it would still not accomodate 3 screens. The quality is 4* it feels solid and was well packaged with all the screws and attachments in nice sealed plastic. The left arm however has started to dip meaning it looks tilted and the adjustments on each arm are very rudamentary and cannot compensate. I spent hours setting up and could not face dismantling and returning. In hindsight should have measured before but the claim is still misleading of the size of screen it can accommodate. Next time i would have bought 3 individual arms then you can olace where you like to fit properly. I would say three 23 inch screens is its maximum - it contains attachments to route the wires which makes the whole thing look need. I bought a 3 way kettle lead so one socket to power 3 monitors! Would have been perfect if slightly bigger and stronger to not dip (my screens are not heavy) - what a shame!!

It did what I wanted it to do, I used it to hold my computer screen.

Montage simple et rapide, donne une impression de robustesse.je l’utilise depuis maintenant plus de deux mois et j'en suis toujours aussi satisfait.C'est surtout un gain de place énorme sur le bureau.À ce tarif, je le recommande vraiment

A l'air d'être solide. J'ai monté un écran 34 pouces dessus (Asus PG348Q) pour gagner de la place par rapport au pied fourni avec l'écran. En serrant bien, l'articulation haut/bas ne s'affaisse pas. A voir sur la durée, mais pour le prix ça m'a l'air très bien.

Comprato per sorreggere 3 monitor (AOC e2460Sh e 2 vecchi LG Flatron l1919s) e devo dire che anche dopo mesi continua a fare il suo lavoro egregiamente! Dentro una confeziona decisamente pesante, troverete tutto l'occorrente per montarlo, io l'ho montato su una classica scrivania (con uno spessore di circa 3,5cm) e non cende minimamente.Sorregge il peso dei monito, e si lascia aggiustare lo spazio tra l'uno e l'altro con facilità. Consigliato a chi vuole fare un Triple monitor setup di qualsiasi tipologia. (ovviamente controllate la tipologia di VESA che ha il vostro monitor, da me 100x100 mm andava benissimo)

Angekommen ist es 2 Tage früher als geschrieben wurde.Montage Sehr einfach und übersichtlich.Das ganze ist Stabil und Solide gebaut (wiegt dementsprechend auch)Was mich ebenfalls Positiv überrascht hat sind die 2 Möglichkeiten es zu montieren. (Außen oder durchzubohren)In meinen Fall habe ich es von Außen montiert und es was sehr einfach.Ich nutze es im Moment nur für 2 Bildschirme und trotz der Asymmetrie bleibt es grade und neigt sich nicht. (Montiert ist der Mittlere und der Reche Bildschirm, links ist noch keins)Jetzt zu den Nachteil:Da ich verschiedene Bildschirme nutze wäre es gut wenn die einzelnen Arme Höhenverstellbar wären (oder die äußeren unabhängig von Mittleren).Somit würde ich es auf jeden Fall weiter Empfehlen.
