I started using these low profile covers years ago. Now I have a set for every PS5 controller I own. They just feel good. Yes, they are kinda expensive, but the controllers just don't feel right without them now.

Easy to put. They stay in place and surprisingly comfortable. The top texture feels sturdy and I can tell it will protect the joysticks for a long time...and my thumbs.I highly recommend this product.

My ps4 controllers analogs are worn and losing grip, so instead of spending $65 on a new controller I bought these instead. These are not my first pair of kontrol freeks, but they are the first pair I bought with the sole purpose of using them to extend the life of my dualshock 4. They do their job. They fit snug on the sticks and are comfortable, not being much higher than the sticks themselves. They don't have as much grip as I expected them to and at times actually feel slick, even with clean thumbs. I'm hoping with more use this will go away, as the kontrol freek vortex did not have this problem. with that said these are much better than the basic cheap covers I was using.If you're looking to extend the life of your controller, and are looking at cheaper, more basic covers, I'd recommend these. Spend the extra few bucks. If you want something to improve gunskill in a game like CoD, I'd recommend another pair of kontrol freeks, as I said these aren't as sticky as the ones I've used in the past when I was all about fps games.

I had a problem with my ps5 controller where the joystick developed a bubble in it and the rubber grip would spin around when using it, it made playing rocket league impossible.I was worried this wouldn't fix the issue as the grip would still spin but these snap on and keep the rubber grip in place very well. My controller is now usable and I no longer need to replace the joysticks which is a very labor intensive process of opening up the controller removing all the parts and prone to breaking it.I adjusted to using these for rocket league at a highly competitive level immediately - they feel great. Couldn't recommend them more to preserve or restore your joystick grips.

I don't understand why you wouldn't use KontrolFreeks? They help with aim, they also help with your controller life. I've been using them for year's and they haven't disappointed me yet. If you never tried them, give them a go. I use a short one for my left stick and a tall one for my right stick. You are your own player so what works for me might not work for you I know my friend uses both tall ones for gaming and some use short. It's what feels comfortable to you. As I said before if you've never tried them it'll take sometime to get use to but once you do you'll never stop using them and playing without them just won't feel the same.

The grip is too slippery.

These seem a bit expensive for what they are, but they're well made. The ones I use are low profile, nothing drastic. I don't know why these work so well, but they make the feel of FPS games much better. I've now bought two sets and use them all the time. Good stuff.
