I am very impressed with this product. The fabric surrounding the cold/hot pack is a soft neoprene type material that is comforting on your skin. The liquid within the cold/hot pack is evenly distributed and doesn’t clump like gel does. The material is able to stretch a lot to accommodate varying sized heads. This was incredibly relieving for a headache/migraine. I absolutely love that it can be used either cold or hot. I highly recommend this product and would definitely purchase again.

We purchased this cooling/warming face mask for our daughter who had her head crushed by a heavy gate a few weeks back. While she is on the mend with multiple skull fractures, this face mask really helps her during her painful recovery. Excellent product that retains warmth/cold very well for long periods of time. Every penguin fingers product I’ve purchased is great, but I especially love this head cap! It fits, the material is soft and provides enough structure without feeling like too much compression pressure. Amazing for headache relief 100/10

Like it, comfortable and cool

Review for Weighted Ice Cap from Penguin Fingers: Not sure why this is called weighted.... it weighs 16.7 ounces... and another one I have weighs 15 ounces.... not a big difference. This is not as wide (height) as most of my others... and it larger around.... and NOT sewn at an angle on the seam....so, while it wanted to slide down my head on me... it may be good for someone with a larger head. It is flexible, even when kept in the freezer. The material is smooth... reminds me of swimsuit material. The "penguin fingers" logo is front and center. Since it is loose, I'll keep it to use around my neck in the summer when working in the heat.

I have tried many different types and styles of headache relief caps and sleeves, but this one is by far the best I’ve used. I love that it’s more of a sleeve and not a cap that covers the whole top of my head. It slips on easy and feels so good. The material is soft, slight compression feeling and the gel is thick and stays cold for quite awhile. I get stress and cluster headaches quite often and this helps get rid of them much quicker. I leave it in the freezer so it’s ready to go whenever I need it. Not only is this the most comfortable and best working it’s also really well made. The material, stitching, gel and overall construction is top notch. Highly recommend.

This headache cap is soooo very comfortable. I just absolutely love the feeling of this when I am wearing it. I do like how it fits pretty snugly.The greatest feature other than the fact that it is so comfortable is that it can be worn hot or worn cold. Depending upon which treatment works best for you will depend upon what choice you make.The relief that I get when using this item is absolutely wonderful. This is made very well and seems to be very durable. I do highly recommend.

This is a very nice ice pack head wrap. It’s easy to use. Just put it in the freezer for a couple hours and it’s ready to go. I haven’t used it by heating it in the microwave as I prefer ice therapy.It has the right amount of weight and compression. It feels therapeutic on my eyes. It’s great of course for headaches but also perfect if you need to cool down fast.
