They were very vested in getting me satisfied and up an running with their equipment
As a home inspector, I am always seeking products that make my life easier and my work processes more efficient. This ladder does both. Further, their company customer service is top flight. The ladder is a bit of a trick to bring down, but a call/email to the company quickly gave me the "art with the science" for this ladder. They were very vested in getting me satisfied and up an running with their equipment. Once you get the hang of it, this ladder is a great tool - light, compact, seemingly well-made. Everyone is always amazed when I pull this ladder out of my vehicle and deploy/break down this ladder!

Works great for projects on our RV
Works great and when folded down it fits perfectly in the back of our truck standing up. Easy to set up and take down.

(UPDATE)They sent the wrong ladder! (the first time)
Just received this ladder and it is clearly marked 10ES which is the shorter cheaper version. They know the difference. Do they send you the smaller cheaper version and hope you don't notice. So that other reviewer was correct in thinking that the ladder received was not the correct height. Easy for me to tell I already have a 12ES on one of my service vehicles. Let's see how they fix this and I will update my review. *UPDATE* OK I shipped the original back and 2 weeks later received the correct one. I now have the correct ladder but it was a pain in the butt never the less..... Oh great ladder by the way the original has been used at least a couple of times a week for the past 4 years on a service truck and never failed. It is still in service, we just needed to add another one. I am pleased to see that this new version has an even higher rated capacity at 375 pounds.

Great Ladder!!! Love it!!
Ladder is exactly what I ordered and arrived before my stated delivery date. Have a small pick up truck with only a 5 1/2 foot bed so could not carry a full sized 6 foot ladder. This 12ES Telesteps ladder fits easily into my pick up and has solved my problem. It really is a full sized ladder in a compact package. The included shoulder strap is comfortable and makes transporting of the ladder from my truck to where I need it very easy. Could not be happier with my purchase and looking at ordering another one for my assistant to use as well.

Read the small print on actual size of ladder
It's a nice product but it's not what I expected. I expected a 12.5 foot tall ladder, but it's only six-foot tall. You are expected to add the rest of the height by standing on it up to the fourth rung and reaching up. Then it depends on what your own height is. You may or may not reach 12 feet.

$350? For what?
Quality is good, but not worth $350. I own a few telescoping ladders that cost under $150, and some have the same build quality. The ladder can only be used fully extended, all other ladders can be used at multiple heights. The quality and features can not justify the price. You are paying $200 for the name.

Not Quite as advertised
Not as advertised - I can see calling it an 8FT ladder because on a normal ladder you're not supposed to stand on or above the 2nd step down, making an 8FT really 6FT usable. on this ladder you can stand at about 5.5FT. my problem is with the 12FT extension claim, I was under the impression the hinges released and it opened up totally straight. It does NOT. Their extension idea is to release the rear section and lean it against the wall. NO part of the ladder is even near 12FT long. Also it is all or nothing height you can't use it as a 2', 3' 4' step ladder you must fully extend at least the short side, so it is 6FT or nothing. making it not so great in very small spaces.
