This product was really great and worked perfectly for my needs. I needed a container to hold all the "finger foods" etc. the daycare suggested for my 18 month old who was moving up to the "toddler" room. These containers worked exceptionally well, and fit perfectly into my daughter's pottery barn Mackenzie cold pack lunch box. Latches were easy for her to open. I could fit the lunch box, utensils, a bib, a small washcloth, and also a foldable rubber placemat in the PB lunch bag (I did have to remove the cold pack). No spillage occurred. I also liked the removable divider because you could put a variety of things in the container, or if I wanted to use it myself I could take the divider out and use it for a larger portion size. Machine washable, thank god. I've had these for about a year and have recommended them to my friends. Only one "con" that I can point out, and even that is not really a huge issue for me: it's the weight. they're a teensy bit heavy in the beginning, and combined with the lunch bag I slid these containers into, my toddler has some trouble hauling around. but she did it. and it was only an issue for a little while. Lastly, and perhaps I should have said this FIRST, is the absolutely awesome and outstanding customer service. Responded to an inquiry of mine through their website within a half hour of me submitting! Gentleman on the phone was polite, nice, and very helpful. Resolved my issue, but honestly, even if he hadn't been able to, I still think it would have been a good experience; he was literally that nice! I would definitely buy from the company again. I rarely write detailed reviews like these, but I wanted to do so in this case because (1) as a new mom, I have so many questions, and reading some other reviews inspired me to write reviews that others might find similarly helpful; and (2) the customer service from this company was truly outstanding and worthy of a shout out. The portions are perfect! I was using the BENTGO glass containers but cracked a couple and decided to switch. I love that this comes with 3 inserts, making food prep so easy. This is a wonderful addition to your lunch box. And for shift workers who have to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at work, the 3 inserts are amazing!!!

I have had this product now for several months. It's a great idea and is easy to clean and manage. We did have the white top break, but the company has been great to work with and was able to send us a replacement part. So glad we got this, it's nice to be able to plan ahead with meal prepping for our daughter.

We got this for our kids for school. They pack enough for a small meal but are not sealed tightly enough for liquids. Even any small amount of liquid, sauce, ketchup, etc. will leak out.

This is my 6th Bentgo product and first time purchasing the Bentgo Fresh Lunch box. I have loved the Bentgo kids boxes but now that my son is older, the bentgo fresh is a better size for his appetite. So far loving that I can pack 3 lunches ahead of time and then just slip the insert into the outer part each morning.I'm loyal to Bentgo because their products really perform, they don't leak, last a long time, and their customer service is excellent! I've had to call customer service in past because the inside rubber seal had worn down due to teacher user error and they replaced it free of charge. That replacement Bentgo kids box is going on 4 years now! This time I called because when I was unwrapping my Bentgo Fresh, it slipped from my hands and one of the plastic lids cracked when it hit the floor. I had registered my product so I sent them an e-mail. They responded the next day and sent me any entire new set replacement. Thank you so much for creating a great product and taking care of your customers.

I use this product daily for my son's school lunch. I love that it has a removable divider that allows me to send items like salad with dressing where he can remove the compartment and mix right before eating. The compartments are perfect sizes too! I can even fit an applesauce container in one of the compartments. Easy to clean and easy to use!

This is excellent for kids. I prefer these to the kid version because you can fit more food and have an option to put a big item in there without the divider (like a bagel or leftover pizza slice).The customer service is on point. We lost some dividers (be careful when you bang it to put the leftover food out into the trash!) and they sent us replacements! They also replaced a broken lid after the hinge broke.Just amazing. Totally leak proof. Great for parents of kiddos.

Bentgo boxes are great. I returned this because I didn’t properly read the description. I thought I was getting 3 bentgo boxes, but it is ONE bentgo box with 3 inserts. That was completely my mistake and I would still give this 5 stars… we own multiple bentgo boxes (bentgo fresh and the bentgo kids) and love that they are so durable and leakproof. They are pricey, but when you open it up, you’ll see why. Definitely makes packing lunches easier!
