I love this product. It is helping me get in shape. I feel the burn in my legs. Thick material but durable. No rolling and stays in place. Good resistance.

During the last several weeks I have been involved in physical therapy due to injuring my right knee and quadriceps muscle. One of the exercises the Physical Therapist had me doing was having a Cooban resistance band on the upper legs and performing a series of side steps in order to create lateral strength and stability. Another exercise had me walking forward and backward with the bands on the mid-thigh. I could see tremendous results after using the band for about 10 days. When I asked the Physical Therapist where they purchased the bands, and his response was "Oh, we bought them on Amazon". So, I checked the brand name on Amazon and purchased the set of 3 that have different resistance values (Light Grey 14-25lbs, Grey 25-35lbs, Black 40-50lbs) I use the band with the most resistance. Also, the bands are made of cotton and latex according to the product description. I found the bands to be comfortable, though at times probably due to the nature of my exercise, the bands did slip a couple of inches. I had to pull it back up.Since I also play golf, I found that the side step exercise will help me stabilize my right side and allow for a smooth and stronger swing.These bands, in the past month, have made a very positive impact on helping my right knee heal and become stronger. I am thoroughly convinced that these bands work. In addition, my wife has told me she will start using the band with the least resistance to perform exercises for leg and core strength. In addition, the Physical Therapist has provided me with a series of exercises that can be used for home exercises that are not necessarily related to physical therapy.For me, these bands are a 100% positive plus. I like them, and will continue use them not only for physical therapy, but also for exercise which improve my body and golf swing.The bands come in a nice cloth carrying bag. The bands also come with pictured instructions for a variety of exercises. For the cost @ $13.99, these are a definite plus for me, and I would order again.

Great product! The bands do not roll up or move at all, which has been a big problem with other bands I've used. They feel/look quality. I'm very happy with this purchase!

The colors are nice. I like that they are packaged in a little black bag with a small exercise booklet. I like that they are the same size, but different resistance. The highest one is really tough. Should last me a very long time. 💛👍

WORK WELL. STRONGAND WILL LAST A LONG TIME

We ordered these because we do hot workouts in a studio with saunas. You can’t use the traditional rubber bands in that type of heat so we bought these. There are 3 in the set and they come in a little carrying bag. There is light, medium, and heavy tension. They are well made and I wasn’t sure fabric bands could expand and contract the way the rubber ones do, but these work great. I like how they don’t stick or slide when you are sweaty the way the rubber ones can do sometimes.

I love these resistance bands. The quality is amazing and I love the colors. In the package it also includes a carrying bag and a 7 day work out pamphlet that I really like and have been using. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had these for years and they still work great and look brand new! The strength and resistance of all of them are great and don’t roll up or down!
