Best product since sliced bread!
Whoooa...These blades pack a serious punch. I used to loath doing insulation until I came across this product. The blades stay sharp, cut true, slice through 100mm and 120mm celotex like a knife through butter. They make very little dust, thus reduce clean up afterwards.Highly recommended as they're a game changer.Good work Bosch!!

Great blade for PIR insulation
Fits my Bosch jigsaw. Great blade for cutting insulation. Had the 150mm blade which kept on bending on the cut but this one keeps a perfect cut with no problems. Cut a few pieces and saves a lot of time. Minimal dust but always wear face mask.

Clean dust free cut, but tricky to cut straight down with 100mm boards
100mm PIR insulation (brands like Celotex, Ecotherm, Kingspan) can be cut with a normal handsaw but it produces huge amounts of lumpy dust and while that might be fine on a big site is a pain for domestic use. Blades like these will cut cleanly leaving a small amount of very fine dust. It's night and day. You should still wear a mask and eye protection but it is so much cleaner. That said, as mentioned elsewhere it is easy for the blade to flex and even though it looks straight at the top it's cutting at an angle below. This tends to happen with any sort of turn (following by hand a line perhaps) so if you can set a rigid offset edge for the jigsaw to follow and just cut one straight line it's way more likely to be straight all through the material. Overall I'd say these are essential for cutting 100mm PIR but a slightly more rigid blade would be welcome. (PS you can also get this sort of blade shape in a handsaw which is great up to about 50mm but struggles at larger thicknesses)

An excellent product that really did the job, but there are two tips that made all the difference.
As a DIY user, I had been told by others that cutting the thicker types of Celotex foam can be messy and tricky, especially without the right tools. I read various forums plus watched several videos and decided that these Bosch blades were the best option, as I already had an electric jigsaw. I ordered two packs believing them to contain a single blade in each, but in fact there were three blades in each pack.My first attempt was disappointing - I found that trying to cut along a marked straight line was much trickier than I imagined. The moment the blade went even slightly off line, because of the length and depth of the blade, steering it back to the line resulted in the bottom of the blade waving about hugely on the lower side of the 90mm Celotex I was cutting. An unacceptably wavy cut ensued...Then I hit on the solution and can suggest that if possible anyone using these blades considers doing the same:1) Use an angle grinder to cut the blade to the correct length for the job, so that it is about 1cm longer than the thickness of the foam when the blade is at its least depth on each cutting stroke.2) I laid out and screwed down 4 lengths of 70mm x50mm timber to my work benches, two outer ones to support the sheets and the two straight edged inner ones a few mm (4mm ish) apart to act as a guide. I then clamped each sheet down with the cutting line above the gap in the two batten’s. In this way, the bottom of the blade could never wander off by more than a couple of mm or so and I ended up with really straight, long cuts along the whole length of the foam.Accurate cutting made all the difference to what can be a very tedious job, and these Bosch blades kept the mess to a minimum, unlike my earlier attempts with a fine toothed hand saw.Thoroughly recommended, a great product if used with care.

Great For EPS70 50mm Graphite Enhanced Insulation Panels
I bought these blades because they were recommended for cutting polystyrene insulation panels in several forums and YT videos. They do indeed work excellently for that purpose with a cut that looks as clean as that of the panel's original edges. One thing I've not read in any review here is that the blades are wider (not thicker) than the standard jigsaw blades you usually buy. They fit my Bosch PST 800 PEL perfectly but I noticed that because of their width the roller guide the saw blade rests on holds it at a slight backwards angle.Initially I though I'd mounted it incorrectly but no it is definitely being held by the roller a few degrees off vertical so that the cutting is done at a slight angle ie. the bottom edge is being cut first.I don't know if this is why it cuts this type of material so cleanly but I thought it worth mentioning. It is probably a combination of that with the scalloped cutting edge but more to do with the latter. It is difficult to think of any alternative method that will cut such paneling as well as a jig-saw fitted with these blades.

It cuts soft material
It cuts soft materials as intended with little to no dust only thing is if you need a straight square cut they are not the best. The blades need to be much stiffer to get a square cut

Brilliant blades. A real game changer.
We used these blades on several occasions to cut rigid insulation boards up to 140mm thick. They cut great and produce no dust making our job much easier and less risky.

Poor performance
I bought these after watchung a youtube video, where they seemed perfect for cutting 100mm celotex. I was only cutting 25mm but thought I would give them a go as I had 40 sheets to cut. From the first sheet the blade wanted to pull to one side an no adjustment would correct it. Ended up using a guide and cut a sheet, as in the video no dust and a clean cut. So I tried 3 sheets next (75mm) seemed to go ok using the guide until I the middle of a 1.2m sheet. I stopped to check and realised the blad had pulled off at an angle underneth by 25-30mm. I then had to repair, tape and re cut the 3 sheets by hand. Blade went back in the packet and returned for a refund. and I cut the other 38 sheets with a knife. Useless in my opinion and I was using a Bosch jigsaw. Got money back and only my time wasted
