Q: Does this collar have the invisible fence?

It does not have Invisible Fence capabilities. Using With the Alpha handheld device you can set a "Geofence" where you will receive an alert when the dog goes out of the set boundary. Q: Can i use this collar witb the astro 430 gps

Yes a 430 will track a tt15. You can’t shock or tone. Track only

Yes, comes with wall charger, vehicle charger and extra antenna

Q: Has anyone had inconsistent stimulation problems? i just got the alpha 100 and tt 15. i checked the collar on my arm and it was all over the place.

I have the Alpha 100 and 5 tt-15 collars and the dogs have always responded when stimulated. Never checked on arm though.
