Q: How tall is the distance between the bottom shelf and the keyboard shelf? We have a 24 in high computer to put down there, my son made it himself

21 7/8". This is the actual open space. If you left off the bottom shelf you would have a bit over 25",

Q: How are you supposed to sit in front of the desk when it has bottom shelf? Where would your feet go? Can you assemble the desk without the bottm shelf

I put the shelf on and just sit in front of it. It's reasonably sturdy though, so maybe it will be okay without the bottom. I just put my feet on the bottom shelf. :)

Q: Is the top (where the screen goes) sturdy enough to support an all-in-one computer?

Barry, on top of my desk, I have Computer screen, speakers, a light and a portable telephone. I have had to put heavy work on it before while e-mailing and never did it wiggle or act like it could not hold it all. So I really think it would be fine. I have had mine a year now, lots of compliments on it when friends come in and would not but anything else. This desk holds my fax/copier and modem on bottom shelf too. It is just the right size and very neat looking. I hope this helps Sir.
