DAMAGED AND MISSING ITEMS
The media could not be loaded. 2 packets are split open and spilled all on my bed. The package alone looked like it has been in someone’s house for so long that it was tearing…not only that there is suppose to be 2 boxes which would give me 100 envelopes like it says and I only received 50…no return policy don’t even do it.

Low cost Hot Chocolate.
The box was smashed and accordion-like. The packets were loose, not in a Swiss Miss box. They were also smashed, but not broken.
