Great value, easy install.
Easy to install. Hardest part is routing the power cable to the battery and then tucking in/securing all the wires with zip ties. I mounted the converter box underneath the bumper area using a self tapping screw. Much better than using the double sided tape provided. Fits perfect in that little spot and there is a notch in the frame for the wires to sit nicely in.

A Must-have accessory for DYI installers.
This harness was easy to install on my 2011 Liberty. There was plenty of room in the tail light recess for the extra plugs and wiring. The routing of the power line to the battery was a bit of a challenge to avoid the moving parts of the rear suspension and the exhaust system but it can be done with care. My only minor complaint is with the module. Even though I found a flat painted surface and cleaned it extremely well, the double sided mounting tape became loose within hours. I was able to secure the module using the mounting tab on the one end, but additional mounting tab(s) would be preferable.

Works as it should in 2009 Jeep Liberty, a bit of a challange to install (vehicle issues)
Trailer wiring harness was overall a good product for a good price. Installation was a bit of a challenge in several areas, but this is more of a Jeep/vehicle issue than the wiring harness fault. Not much room in the rear tail light areas for the 2 extra connectors. The instructions call for mounting the module under/outside the vehicle, but I mounted the electronic module inside the vehicle (in the jack compartment), and had to cut the factory rubber plugs where the vehicle wires go through the body to the tail lights in order to make these connections. Also, I had to remove several inside plastic body panels in order to fish the main power wire from the engine compartment to the rear of the vehicle. (HINT: Rubber plug in firewall where clutch rod would be if a manual tranny. No rod (easy access) if auto tranny.) One concern: I measured 0.3 volts from each of the 3 "Light" wires to ground even when the vehicle is not running. I'm sure this is something with the electronic switching of the module. A disconnect switch could be installed in the power wire when not using to eliminate this issue.

Quailty is great
I was a little hesitant about buying one of these because previous module installs didn’t work for me. However I bought this on a whim for my camper and it is has worked since day 1. It took a bit to install it cleanly. But I have had no issues with my trailer wiring since. It caught me off guard when I saw that the trailer turn signal will flash alternate to the car when the brakes are applied at the same time as the turn signal. But I’ve been running it for a few months without issue!

Worked for my 2011 Dodge Nitro
Easy to install the two back connectors, but running a constant power from the back to the front was a little difficult. It works great and came with plenty of cable so that it can connect to a trailer easily. It is a great value.
