It is a beautiful rug. The material is of good quality and feels soft and comfortable underfoot. It’s light weight and perfect choice for daily use. However, I found it little overpriced.

The black colour bleeds! Do not buy.
When I bought it, it looked good, felt ok too. I bought it for Rs 600 and it felt good enough in the price. Till i hand washed it in water and the black colour bled. Now I have a muddy looking mat that I will most likely dispose. This was a waste of money.The description clearly says - Hand or machine wash in mild soapy water. I cleaned under a tap with mild soap and the black lines smudged all over the white.I don't know if any other buyer has had this problem too. I can't return or complain, since my return window closed!

Looks good.Stitching on the sides is not proper. In fact, there is actually a two inch difference in length between the two mats (i got two of the same design) as they've been stitched differently.Just laid it out, so not sure about absorbent or easy to clean it is. Will try to update later.Adding this in November 2023 (1.5 years from purchase)After constant use and multiple machine washes, the colour is as good as new. Curry stains etc have come off very easily without any issues. Very durable. I'm changing the rating to 4 now.
