Gem of a book, you can also feel the writing, from sacred place of heart.

This book is full of author's experiences. I think publisher should print note on "author's experiences". otherwise the title misleads people. It did not meet my expectation because i was hoping to find a practical approach to live in heart with some suggestions like, obstacles to living in the heart, way and means to live in the heart, some people experiences who tried these tips and able to succeeded in this endeavour. Though the last few chapters covered about some meditation tips, it is not really useful for me.
