Bought 3 of these as rakshabandhan gifts.It is✓Easy to use✓East to clean✓Can used on any flat surface.✓You can make chapatis, cut puri shapes without damaging the mat✓Quality material and the markings dont go off or mix with food so no meed to worry.Price could have been 250-300 as opposed to 400.

The measurements are not as useful as you would imagine as it is difficult to keep the dough perfectly centred so it reads 8 inches on one side and 24 cm on the other but the material and finish are so good that it makes the actual rolling process even better and easier than on a granite to our stainless steel. I have started using it in my restaurant kitchen to excellent effect. Still hasn't helped my staff stick to the right size for pizzas so if size control is your only concern then look elsewhere, otherwise this is a joy to use. Would pick this over a chakla any day as it easily folds away.

No more needs to having big utensils/paraat for making doughs and other food items and no need to use kitchen top/granite as an alternative 👍Cons - Like every silicone product, the "slight" smell / odour of the item prepared on this product gets ingrained - like bread dough odour, cookie dough odour, So you would like to buy different sheets in order to prevent odour of bread dough getting transferred to kaju barfi and so on - but perfectly ok since.we did not get taste of bread in kaju barfi may be the odour is chemically not permanent on recipient dessert 😊This mats grip on the kitchen or any solid surface if superb 👍

Very very nice product its jst stick the surface superbly easy to roll n cut ur fondnet work bt dnt use extra hard hand while cutting it will got tear if u do so otherwise its a very good in quality

Pros: Great silicone mat for mixing dough and also rolling chapathi, roti, and even holige.The dough wont stick to the sheet and kitchen countertop is kept neat .One thing i noticed using this is i dont have to keep adding more dry dough whn rolling chapathis coz the dough expands well on the sheet without tearing.its big in size. It just sticks to the countertop firmly so it wont move around when working on it so i even fix my coconut scrapper firmly onto this sheet while scrapping some coconuts.Easy to clean by just wiping with a damp tissue or cloth.the colour too is cute.Con: once it is washed it wont stick as firmly and forms wrinkles when u r rolling out chapathis

This product is not for those people who use traditional product in their kitchen from many years for making Chapati or etc.I, myself tired and facing some problems not major just habitual but i find sufficient space to make Chapati and other products. It's thin silicon based mat for kitchen to make many more products.

It's very useful to knead dough for baking. I bought it in offer. I'm very happy with the product. Dough doesn't stick to the mat. Mat is quit big enough. Worthy buy.
