Q: How do I fix it printing only half of letter?

Hello Lillie, this is Bartosz from DYMO Consumer Care. Thank you for contacting us regarding our DYMO LetraTag 100T Plus. I am sorry to hear that you have a problem with one of our printers. In order to resolve that issue please reset the printer to factory settings by pressing simultaneously Numlock + 0 + On/Off button until you see “Erase” appear on the screen. Turn the printer back on and try to type in the characters that you want to print. Additionally you can try inserting brand new batteries and different tape cartridge to see if the issue persists. Q: Is there a problem with fading with the thermal ink?

The Dymo is a thermal printer, it uses no ink, therefore it never needs replacement ink. I have been labeling for the past 18 months using paper labels and most of the time the letters have not faded. The only paper label that has faded is on a item I handle on a daily basis, I would think the normal grease of my hands may cause the fading.

Q: Do the labels stick on freezer containers?

How do I get the DYMO LetraTag tape to stick on refrigerator, boxes, etc...? Or do I have to put Scotch tape over it to make it stick?

Q: Does it have to be 1/2" tape?
