Handle brittle. / broke
Although this product initially looks good and sturdy, the quality of materials used is cheap. I used this product very rarely yet it’s handle broke .. very brittle poor quality plastic.Totally unexpected from zephyr..

Good product but sturdiness is issue. Otherwise a good product.
Handle broken within 1 month. Dont know if this can be replaced. Request the sales team to get in touch on 9711829760.Unable to use it.

Handle of the water wand is too poor.
The handle broke down in less than two months. I think Zephyr should arrange for spares as the handle is a widespread problem. Such a good product wasted for a broken handle.

The media could not be loaded. product delivered on timewell packed with no damage.I am writing this review after using this product for a month.PROS:>it has a long handle hence it helps people who are old and have a back problem because you can still continue your gardening work without straining your back.if you cant bend this is the perfect product for you.>It has got 8 modes ranging from shower ,jet ,flat, triangle,etc>It has a clip at the handle end to fix the handle in the pressed position to avoid pressing the handle for long duration and causing fatigue of your hand muscles.>Helps in saving water. there is a lot of difference between giving water by direct water pipe and a water wand/spray gun.>You can adjust the length of the handle according to your requirements.ADVICE:1) The two ends are made of plastic(head end and handle end). avoid dropping it because there are high chances of you breaking it and complaining like other reviewers for this product. Similar product is available in the USA and people are using it without any issues. so be careful while using it .2) If you are giving water to your seedlings give it in the shower mode or mist mode. there is less chances of you damaging them from the excessive water force.CONS:> A bit expensive but this same product is available for 1000 Rs during sale/deal. So if you are not in a hurry keep on checking the today's deal section on amazon(under garden and outdoors) OR buy this during the amazon sale and get cash back or discount when you pay via credit/debit cards.>the 2 ends are made of plastic which can break no doubt if you are not careful. Seller should work on that.CONCLUSION: Highly recommend this water wand for people having back issues but love giving water to your plants.
