Works for what it's sold for
I had a little trouble assembling, as some parts went in upside down, then had to be pulled apart-harder than you think, and reinstalled. A lot of the pieces were the same size, same color, so it was hard to know what was the top, bottom, and the middle parts. Don't forget the netting that goes around it- rips easily.Take your time installing the pieces. Read the directions carefully. Don't take all the pieces out of the plastic bags at once.It has held up very well with three active kids and lots of pool stuff to contain. I like that it is netting so all the toys can air dry. This is very easy to relocate in inclement weather.

It serves the purpose
Arrived in a well packaged box. Parts are labeled and packaged separately. It was easy to assemble if you follow the directions & lay out all the parts prior. We are using it to store pool noodles and several floats. Also like the bars at top that we can hang wet towels on. I'm not sure how long the bottom will last though. It seems to be sagging (would be nice to have stronger PVC piping at the bottom. Overall, it serves the purpose I was looking for.

Poor quality, bottom got ripped.
I bought it before summer and only after 1 season bottom net ripped in 4 or 5 places. Overall assembly took a while (many tubes to be interconnected). I only noticed that the bottom ripped when i closed the pool and started to store away all pool equipment, with some many holes i threw it away. Also my wife hated the look of it. I must say that better shape would be longer horizontal for storing long items (noodles, swimming pads, etc.). Not as practical as advertised. I will be looking for something else.

Not sure it will meet my needs
Wanted something to put my noodles and other pool toys in. Found it difficult to assemble, even with instructions. I just figured it was my bad. Seems others had difficulty, too. And yes, very difficult to get it apart if the wrong parts are used. Okay, got through that. Now that it's put together, I wish it had more small outside pockets for small things. Should have thought about that. The main part, the inside, for noodles, works, but if I am to put anything at the bottom, my shortest/youngest grandchildren will not be able to get to them without having to tip over the rack. maybe if one of the sides was open / no mesh, or some kind of flap to gain access to the bottom that way, so things on the bottom can be accessed. And I only have a few noodles, so this is overkill for my items. Wish I had looked at all the different racks offered before deciding on this one. I didn't really notice all the others. Also, I live in Florida, so am curious how long this will last. The sun destroys anything plastic. I needed something, I was using a laundry basket. This was a bit pricey and I did have to think about it for some time before finally ordering it.

Holds more than you think
I live in a windy area and was tired of having to drag the wet pool toys into my house when the kids were finished swimming. I would highly recommend the pool bins! It holds so much and I can tuck the larger items under the rail to help keep them secure. We had room for the baby raft, large beach ball, pool noodles, and a large ride-on inflatable plus my hammock chair and there’s still room for more. The sides are great for our boogie boards, smaller items such as diving rings and the pool skimmer. The only down side is the main bin is very deep and hard to reach small items if they fall in. The pipes do disconnect if you are leaning on them so it’s definitely made for light weight pool items. This is the perfect item if you are looking for a way to organize!

DOES NOT COME WITH ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS - so read this before you try.
The product came with NO INSTRUCTIONS, which makes it very difficult to put together given that almost all of the parts looks exactly like the other parts, but it is critical that you get the individual parts in the right place. The 4-way tee PVC elbows go on the very bottom, and the metal pin of the rolling wheel fits into the opening that looks like it has a star/web inside it. The 3-way tee PVC elbows go on the upper corners. The 2-way tee PVC pieces go in the center of the rods -- one short rod goes thru the fabric on each side, and the 'T" joins them in the middle to make a rod long enough to span the side. Make sure you have the general shape correct before you press any of the PVC all the way into the fitted pieces. If you do it wrong, they are extremely difficult to separate. And, directions aside, it is very deep so if you put things at the bottom (such as things that are too large or heavy to fit in the flat, side pockets), you need to be fairly tall (with long arms) to reach them at the bottom. If all you want to do is stand up some pool noodles and put a couple of small, light things in the side pockets, them it is good.UPDATE: I lowered the rating from 3 to 2 stars because I've had it for 2 years (basically only used during the summer/fall months) and it has COMPLETELY fallen apart from sun exposure. It is in the shade of my house more than 1/2 the day, but even that minimal exposure to intense sunlight destroyed it. I would not buy it again -- certainly not for this price point.
