I bought this on a whim while browsing the budget jams. Something a little special. I have used it on toast, added it to casarouls and spooned it out of the jar. It didn't last as long as I thought it would for some odd reason. I'll be buying this again.

Rather too mild for my taste so plan to make my own with stronger taste one more actual ginger in.But still best I have found in Ginger so far.

This is a good breakfast wake up call as the ginger is fresh tasting and sharp. A real quality product and recommended.

Not quite gingery enough
Good and for me more preferable than jam. I like ginger and would like this to be more gingery in flavour. Good with Scottish Soda Bread, split and lightly toasted with butter..
