Broken Tail
I purchased the Kennedy Space Center Launch Pad Sculpture for a coworker who was retiring. When I received the item, the tail of the shuttle was broken off and laying in the box. I requested a new item, I did receive it quickly but it was the same item with the tail glued back on.
