EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS!!! Would give 10 stars if I could
I don't usually write any reviews. However, I was genuinely so pleased with this purchase I had to show my support and try to provide some reassurance for anyone that's skeptical about buying this rig from vibox like I was at first. (SPOILER: you should definitely buy this PC)I had my concerns originally as the images of the listing don't match with the specific specs that I picked, as well as the fact that the vibox website is dated to 2018 and didn't have any of the PC listings or parts that were listed on amazon which was my first concern. I also found the Vibox YouTube channel has some amazing pc builds, but hasn't seen any uploads since 2018. My guess is that the lockdown/pandemic has thinned time and resources on keeping the content up to date and the company have focused their efforts on product and customer service. Which is fine, though it would have eased my mind if the website at the least was up to date so that it keeps the brand consistent and reassures customers when buying your products from Amazon. Now, despite those concerns I read through most of the reviews and all I could see were people's above-par customer service experiences with the company. So I splashed on the void case with the i5-10400F paired with an MSI GeForce RTX 3070 8GB VRAM. I to this day, have not once used or even seen in person a machine as powerful as this rig. It runs everything I've thrown at it on ultra settings from anywhere between a rough 60 to 200+FPS. Depending on the game and settings of course. The package came packed securely with the GPU well supported inside the case. The set up was as simple as plug in and start signing into windows. All the ports work as intended and the Void infinity mirror with the RGB just looks downright badass! Here's a few games I've tested on the rig with my 1440p monitor:- BF1, Ultra settings 200% resolution scale 80-90 FPS- BfV, Ultra settings 100% resolution scale 65-75 FPS- BF4, Ultra settings 100% resolution scale 120-150FPS- Minecraft Max settings, SEUS shaders 50-60 FPS (this game is more CPU heavy so minor but upgradable bottleneck for the future)- BeamNG Drive, max settings, 80-140FPS depending on how much physics based vehicle crashing you do.- Assassin's Creed Valhalla/Odyssey, max settings 100% resolution scale 60-78FPSI monitored the GPU and CPU temps for all of these games. After an hour of gaming on each at those settings, the CPU has not exceeded 72°C at peak averaging at about 67°C, which is surprising considering it's only got the stock intel cooling unit. The GPU with an afterburner overclock stays at a toasty 79°C at full load when really pushing the graphics I managed to spike it to 81°C. But usually on most games the GPU won't excede an average of 70-75°CI am a music producer and have been using a laptop for most of my uni course and my old i7-7000HQ was starting to struggle with my plugin heavy Ableton live projects. But after loading up the same projects on the i5-10400F and slightly faster 16GB RAM, it keeps up noticeably more and keeps stability towards the final stages of making tracks which always held me back before. So all in all after almost a week of using this pc, I couldn't have asked for a better deal. It feels almost too good to be true considering the gpu and microchip shortage currently plaguing the gaming world. So I truly appreciate the privilege to get my hands on these specs at close to MSRP!Thank you Vibox, for building this exclent PC and for getting it delivered 2 days early!I feel like an 8 year old getting my first Gameboy, but instead I'm in my 20's and it's a monster PC ahahah!Happy shopping people!!

10/10
Amazing pc, handled everything I’ve thrown at it so far with no issues! Easy to set up, & looks stunning! If I’m being picky the lack of Bluetooth is annoying but nothing u can’t fix yourself by buying a Bluetooth receiver

Great PC
Great PC, fast, value for money. Only downside being the motherboard has no expansion slots for m.2 ssd's and only 2 RAM Slots. However it does have some SATA slots

Nice looking , good performance but overall let down by cheaper low end supporting components
Let me start by saying..... This computer looks great, works straight out of the box. Performance in games is great.However.... There are a few things missing that in 2025 that the vast majority of people would consider to be standard features of even a low end pc. The version i bought was the SGX-233 with the i9 14900kf CPU and an RTX 5080 GPU.The motherboard in this pc lacks on board wifi, they provide you with a USB dongle, thats one of the USB ports wasted. It also lacks any bluetooth connection so connecting you gamepad to play any games requires a usb cable. It also has NO USB-C PORT AT ALL!!!None of these things are mentioned in the description on the item page. The case itself is well built and with a litte reconfiguration of the included extra power supply cables and my own sata cables I was able to connect my 2 existing HDD's and my existing SSD to the sata connections on the motherboard. The one downside of the case is that the fans/rgb have no controller so its full speed fans all the time and no way to shut the lights off.The motherboard is a Biostar branded unit (never heard of them before) and as such I believe is quite a budget level board. A quick search reveals it is available for approx £80. It is also Mini-ATX size and there is no room for expansion of the memory or to add a PCI-E wireless card. The memory supplied is a very slow DDR4 setup (2x16gb sticks) (CPU-Z reports a frequency of 1333Mhz). The CPU cooler supplied seems to do the job but I noticed quite high CPU temps when playing Black Ops 6 at Extreme settings. The memory and CPU cooler are both Vibox branded. All in all a semi decent unit but once you dig in you can see where the price savings came from. A high end CPU and GPU is where the majority of the cost comes from, but with the supporting components being a lot cheaper and less capable there is bound to be a performance bottleneck happening. As such I will be upgrading the motherboard, cooler and memory within the next couple of months which will probably put an extra £600+ on the cost and then this will be a truly great unit. Bear this in mind before buying. One last thing, A white GPU and motherboard would have looked a lot better with the rest of the case ect being white but thats a minor nitpick :)

The best after purchase customer service experience.
My PC had critical windows errors on first power up. Contacted their tech support who have been incredibly responsive and helpful and advised that it left them in perfect state and that Windows may have got corrupted in transit. It was looking like a return which they fully embraced, however they were very helpful and suggested and guided me through reinstall of windows which worked and PC is running really well. Given the huge £££investment in such an item, have to say I was a nervous buyer. However, I cant recommend this company highly enough based on their customer support which is as good as it gets. I will buy with confidence again from this company. Alastair, Edinburgh.
