It appears to be working as the blood pressure is down slightly. Also, the ankles are not as swollen. I have only taken it three weeks so I think I will know more later.Updating the review - it appears to be bringing my blood pressure down slowly but surely. I am on my second bottle and plan to keep taking it.

I read another review how someone had PVCs. I was getting extremely stressed out by mine. I purchased these, as RX medication wasn't doing anything for me. Who knows if they really did anything. However, I did discover that dairy products are the cause of my PVCs. Not many doctors know about this. Pretty rare, but if you are having them out of nowhere and everything else in your life is healthy, cut out diary.

The Asian herbs help. 😇

Just taking it recently for bp issues today it has gone down 128/85 that's low for me before taking it 150/91 best part no more thump thump ❤️
