Love the smell, suits my body chemistry perfectly and I get compliments on the woodsy and musky fragrance. It is an elixir, so more intense smell, so you don't need that much and it lasts pretty long too. The smell doesn't fade as quickly which helps cause this is pricey for the little quantity you get in the bottle. I have the parfum as well and you can definitely smell the difference and the longevity of the fragrance.

ITs interesting in the sense i dont know if i like it or not? going to let it sit for a month and revisit it again and see how i like it. Theres a note that just is prominent and "sour"? giving 3 star and will update a later time. BTW profumo and the blue bottle are amazing

Elixir isn’t redundant, but it’s not essential for everyone. It shares some DNA with the others, but the overall vibe is different enough to stand on its own. If you already have the EDP or Parfum and mainly wear them for fresh, versatile use, Elixir might feel too heavy. But if you’ve always wanted a deeper, more assertive version with better staying power, this fills that gap.It’s more of a reimagining than a repeat. For some, it’ll be the one they reach for most. For others, it might stay on the shelf.The EDP is smooth and clean. The Parfum adds some warmth. Elixir goes a different direction - less aquatic, more spice and woods. There’s still a hint of that familiar Acqua di Gio DNA, but it’s buried under incense, patchouli, and a richer base. It leans more evening than daytime. Is it better? That depends on what you liked about the others. If you want something fresh and easy, stick with EDP. If you’ve always wanted more weight and depth, Elixir delivers.Performance is strong. Better than both the EDP and Parfum on my skin. It lasts 8–10 hours with a noticeable scent trail. The projection isn’t loud but steady. This one won’t fade away after two hours like the original often did.

This fragrance is a concentrated version of ADG, and personally, while the aquatic notes are maintained, the darker spices and patchouli comes out more in my opinion in Elixir. The longevity is a strong point, as to be expected with an elixir, but the projection is a bit weaker. I would get this if you like the original ADG but want stronger endurance and a more fall focused smell.

Personally, I don’t love the smell! It’s just not my style! But the bottle is very nice and sprays very well! I have gotten tons of compliments on it so I know it smells good to some people! It also seems to last all day! I have still been using it because of the compliments!If you have this kind of money, I would still recommend it! Who doesn’t love compliments? Seems like a pretty good value for a high-quality cologne!
